Le Conseil a pris une décision - il a adopté une position -, selon laquelle il faudrait 1,4 milliard de financements supplémentaires d’ici à 2013. Une grande pression s’exerce à présent pour que l’autorité budgétaire dise clairement quelle est sa position avant la fin du mois de septembre afin de pouvoir faire face aux engagements internationaux.
The Council has taken a decision – adopted a position – that EUR 1.4 billion of additional financing is needed by 2013, and now great pressure is being brought to bear that the budgetary authority must make its position clear by the end of September in order that international commitments can be met.
