«La conclusion du contrat qui suit la décision d’attribution d’un contrat relevant du champ d’application de la directive 2014/24/UE ou de la directive 2014/23/UE ne peut avoir lieu avant l’expiration d’un délai d’au moins dix jours calendaires à compter du lendemain du jour où la décision d’attribution du contrat a été envoyée aux soumissionnaires et candidats concernés si un télécopieur ou un moyen électronique est utilisé ou, si d’autres moyens de communication sont utilisés, avant l’expiration d’un délai d’au moins quinze jours calendaires à compter du lendemain du jour où la décision d’attribution du contrat est envoyée aux soumissionnaires et candidats concernés, ou d’au moins dix jours calendaires à compter du lendemain du jour de réception de la décision d’attribution du contrat».

Enfin, il convient de préciser que les concessions attribuées à la fois pour des contrats de chauffage et de réfrigération devraient être examinées à la lumière des dispositions relatives aux contrats concernant l’exercice de plusieurs activités afin de déterminer quelles sont les règles de passation des concessions qui régissent éventuellement l’attribution de ces contrats.
