Ireland is taking part in this [instrument] in accordance with Article 5(1) of Protocol No 19 on the Schengen acquis integrated into the framework of the European Union, annexed to the Treaty on European Union and to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, and Article 6(2) of Council Decision 2002/192/EC of 28 February 2002 concerning Ireland's request to take part in some of the provisions of the Schengen acquis*.

3. The delegation of power referred to in Articles 7(7), 16(6), 32(3), 38(4), 54(3), 89(2), 117(2) and 135(2) may be revoked at any time by the European Parliament or by the Council.

5. 5. A delegated act adopted pursuant to Articles 7(7), 16(6), 32(3), 38(4), 54(3), 89(2), 117(2) and 135(2) shall enter into force only if no objection has been expressed either by the European Parliament or the Council within a period of two months of notification of that act to the European Parliament and the Council or if, before the expiry of that period, the European Parliament and the Council have both informed the Commission that they will not object.

By way of derogation from Article 58(2), a treated article treated with or incorporating a biocidal product containing only active substances referred to in Article 89(2) or for which an application for approval for the relevant product type is submitted at the latest by 1 September 2016, or only a combination of such substances and active substances referred to in Article 58(2), may be placed on the market until either of the following dates:

(21) Article 94(1) of Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 seeks to allow the placing on the market of articles treated with biocidal products containing active substances which, albeit not yet approved, are being evaluated, either in the context of the work programme referred to in Article 89(1) of that Regulation or based on an application submitted pursuant to Article 94(1).

Par dérogation à l'article 58, paragraphe 2, un article traité qui a été traité avec un ou plusieurs produits biocides ou qui incorpore intentionnellement un ou plusieurs produits biocides ne contenant que des substances actives en cours d'examen pour le type de produits concerné dans le programme de travail visé à l'article 89, paragraphe 1 , au 1 er septembre 2016, ou pour lesquelles une demande d'approbation pour le type de produits concerné est présentée au plus tard à cette date , ou un ou plusieurs produits biocides ne contenant qu'une combinaison de telles substances et des substances actives figurant sur la liste élaborée en vertu de l'article 9, paragraphe 2, pour le type de produits et l'utilisation concernés, ou inscrites à l'annexe I, peut être mis à disposition sur le marché jusqu'à l'une des dates suivantes:

By way of derogation from Article 58(2), a treated article treated with or intentionally incorporating one or more biocidal products containing only active substances that are under examination for the relevant product-type in the work programme referred to in Article 89( 1 ) on 1 September 2016 or for which an application for approval for the relevant product-type is submitted by that date , or containing only a combination of such substances and active substances included in the list drawn up in accordance with Article 9(2) for the relevant product-type and use or included in Annex I , may be placed on the market until one of the following dates:

The coefficient of reduction of area in the case referred to in Articles 75, 78(2), 82, 85, 89(2), 98, 143 and 143b(7) of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003 or of the quantities and the objective criteria in the case referred to in Article 95(4) of that Regulation shall be fixed at the latest by 15 November of the year concerned on the basis of the data communicated in accordance with Article 3(b) of this Regulation.
