1. Pendant la période fixée à l’article 204, paragraphes 2 et 3, du règlement (CE) no 1234/2007 du Conseil du 22 octobre 2007 portant organisation commune des marchés dans le secteur agricole et dispositions spécifiques en ce qui concerne certains produits de ce secteur (règlement “OCM unique”) , la production hors quota visée à l’article 61 dudit règlement est exonérée des droits d’importation, dans la limite des bilans prévisionnels d’approvisionnement visés à l’article 2 du présent règlement, pour:

During the period laid down in Article 204(2) and (3) of Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) , the following sugar produced in excess of the quota referred to in Article 61 of that Regulation shall be exempted from import duties within the limit of the forecast supply balance referred to in Article 2 of this Regulation:

Les bénéficiaires qui respectent les pratiques d’écologisation au moyen de pratiques équivalentes, conformément à l’article 43, paragraphe 3, point a), du règlement (UE) no 1307/2013, ou qui participent au régime des petits agriculteurs conformément à l’article 61 dudit règlement, ou qui respectent pour l’ensemble de l’exploitation les critères établis à l’article 29, paragraphe 1, du règlement (CE) no 834/2007 du Conseil en ce qui concerne l’agriculture biologique, ne font pas partie de l’échantillon de contrôle et ne sont pas pris en compte pour le calcul des taux de contrôle fixés au présent article.
2. Beneficiaries who observe the greening practices through equivalent practices in accordance with Article 43(3)(a) of Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013 or who participate in the small farmers scheme in accordance with Article 61 of that Regulation or who comply for the whole holding with the requirements laid down in Article 29(1) of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 as regards organic farming shall not be part of the control sample and shall not be counted against the control rates laid down in this Article.

2. Beneficiaries who observe the greening practices through equivalent practices in accordance with Article 43(3)(a) of Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013 or who participate in the small farmers scheme in accordance with Article 61 of that Regulation or who comply for the whole holding with the requirements laid down in Article 29(1) of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 (19) as regards organic farming shall not be part of the control sample and shall not be counted against the control rates laid down in this Article.
