C. PRINCIPES GENERAUX Point 1 1) La présente résolution ne concerne que les particuliers et n'affecte aucunement la création de sociétés. 2) Par "activité professionnelle indépendante", on entend toute activité, exercée personnellement ou sous la forme d'une société au sens de l'article 58 deuxième alinéa du traité CE, sans qu'il y ait, dans un cas comme dans l'autre, lien de subordination vis-à-vis d'un employeur. 3) Seuls les associés participant activement et dont la présence est nécessaire à la réalisation de l'objet de la société et à sa gestion peuvent être autorisés à s'installer sur le territoire de l'Etat membre d'accueil.
C.
