2. L’article 22 du règlement (CE) no 73/2009 et l’article 2, deuxième alinéa, points 2 et 32 à 37, les articles 8, 47, 48, 49, l’article 50 à l’exception du paragraphe 1, premier alinéa, l’article 51, paragraphes 1, 2 et 3, les articles 52, 53, 54, l’article 70, paragraphes 3, 4, 6 et 7, et les articles 71 et 72 du règlement (CE) no 1122/2009 s’appliquent mutatis mutandis en ce qui concerne la conditionnalité.
