2. The power to adopt delegated acts referred to in Article 1(9), Article 2(2), Article 13(2), Article 15(5), Article 17(3), Article 19(2) and (3), Article 31(4), Article 40(8), Article 41(8), Article 42(7), Article 45(10) and Article 52(10) and (12) shall be conferred for an indeterminate period of time from 2 July 2014.

The delegation of power referred to in Article 1(9), Article 2(2), Article 13(2), Article 15(5), Article 17(3), Article 19(2) and (3), Article 31(4), Article 40(8), Article 41(8), Article 42(7), Article 45(10) and Article 52(10) and (12) may be revoked at any time by the European Parliament or by the Council.

5. Un acte délégué adopté en vertu de l’article 1, paragraphe 9, l’article 2, paragraphe 2, l’article 13, paragraphe 2, l’article 15, paragraphe 5, l’article 17, paragraphe 3, l’article 19, paragraphes 2 et 3, l’article 31, paragraphe 4, l’article 40, paragraphe 8, l’article 41, paragraphe 8, l’article 42, paragraphe 7, l’article 45, paragraphe 10, et de l’article 52, paragraphes 10 et 12 n’entre en vigueur que si le Parlement européen ou le Conseil n’a pas exprimé d’objection dans un délai de trois mois à compter de la notification de cet acte au Parlement européen et au Conseil ou si, avant l’expiration de ce délai, le Parlement européen et le Conseil ont tous deux informé la Commission de leur intention de ne pas exprimer d’objections.
5. A delegated act adopted pursuant to Article 1(9), Article 2(2), Article 13(2), Article 15(5), Article 17(3), Article 19(2) and (3), Article 31(4), Article 40(8), Article 41(8), Article 42(7), Article 45(10) and Article 52(10) or (12) shall enter into force only if no objection has been expressed either by the European Parliament or the Council within a period of three months of notification of that act to the European Parliament and the Council or if, before the expiry of that period, the European Parliament and the Council have both informed the Commission that they will not object.
