(11) Under Article 15(1) of the Merger Regulation, the Commission may impose on undertakings periodic penalty payments of up to EUR 25000 for each day of delay calculated from the date set in the decision in order to compel them to supply complete and correct information which it has requested by decision pursuant to Article 11 of the Merger Regulation.
