Annulation de l’arrêt du Tribunal (huitième chambre) rendu le 24 septembre 2015 dans l’affaire T-674/11, TV2 Danmark A/S/Commission européenne, en ce qu’il annule la décision 2011/839/UE de la Commission, du 20 avril 2011, concernant les mesures prises par le Danemark (C 2/03) à l’égard de TV2/Danmark (1), dans la mesure où ladite décision a considéré les recettes publicitaires versées à TV2/Danmark en 1995 et en 1996 par l’intermédiaire du fonds TV2 comme une aide d’État.
Set aside the judgment of the judgment of the General Court (Eighth Chamber) delivered on 24 September 2015 in Case T-674/11 TV2/Danmark A/S v European Commission, in so far as it annuls Commission Decision 2011/839/EU of 20 April 2011 concerning Danish measures (C 2/03) in favour of TV2/Danmark (1) in so far as that decision finds that advertising revenue from 1995 and 1996 constitutes State aid.

Par le présent recours, la partie requérante demande l’annulation de la décision de la Commission par laquelle celle-ci procède, à la suite de l’arrêt de la Cour de justice du 18 avril 2013, Commission/Systran et Systran Luxembourg (C-103/11 P, Rec, EU:C:2013:245), au recouvrement des intérêts compensatoires augmentés d’intérêts de retard à partir du 19 août 2013 sur le montant que la Commission avait payé à la partie requérante au titre de dommages-intérêts à la suite de l’arrêt du Tribunal du 16 décembre 2010, Systran et Systran Luxembourg/Commission (T-19/07, Rec, EU:T:2010:526), annulé par l’arrêt de la Cour.
By the present action, the applicant seeks the annulment of the Commission decision by which, following the judgment of the Court of Justice of 18 April 2013 in Commission v Systran and Systran Luxembourg (C-103/11 P, ECR, EU:C:2013:245), it orders the recovery of compensatory interest, plus interest on late payment from 19 August 2013, on the amount that the Commission had paid to the applicant by way of damages following the judgment of the General Court of 16 December 2010 in Systran and Systran Luxembourg v Commission (T-19/07, ECR, EU:T:2010:526), annulled by the judgment of the Court of Justice.
