Lors de l'adaptation de l'annexe II en vertu de l'article 6, paragraphe 3, la Commission calcule, sur une base annuelle, le montant à ajouter aux montants fixés pour la Croatie à ladite annexe, afin de financer l'aide à octroyer au titre des régimes énumérés à l'annexe I pour les superficies visées au paragraphe 1 du présent article.
2. When adapting Annex II pursuant to Article 6(3), the Commission shall calculate on a yearly basis the amount to be added to the amounts set for Croatia in that Annex in order to finance the support to be granted under the schemes listed in Annex I for the areas referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article.

In order to ensure that this Directive remains up-to-date, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union should be delegated to the Commission in respect of purely technical amendments of the Annexes, to reflect the adoption of regulations and directives in the field of technical harmonisation and standardisation, technical progress, changes in the most relevant standards or specifications and new scientific findings concerning hazards presented by electromagnetic fields, as well as to adjust ALs.

As regards Directive 2000/59/EC, the Commission should be empowered to adapt the Annexes thereto, the definition set out in Article 2(b) thereof and references to Community and IMO instruments, and to adapt the Annexes in order to improve the regime established by Directive 2000/59/EC and to take account of Community or IMO measures which enter into force in the future so as to ensure their harmonised implementation.

This Regulation shall be amended by the Council, acting by a qualified majority, on a proposal from the Commission, with a view in particular to adapting it to technological and scientific progress, except as regards any amendments to the Annex which are necessary to adapt it to the animal health situation which may be adopted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 31(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1/2005’.
