Pour être tout à fait franche, mon abstention résultait du rejet des deux paragraphes que je considère comme importants, à savoir la référence à l’occupation militaire et au rejet de la guerre et, en conséquence, au retrait des troupes d’occupation, ainsi que des critiques face à l’autorité de la souveraineté économique et à sa perte liée à la gestion corrompue et néfaste de l’ambassadeur Bremer.
To be quite frank, my abstention was the result of the rejection of two paragraphs that I consider important, namely the reference to the military occupation and to the rejection of the war with the resulting withdrawal of occupation troops, as well as the criticism of the rule and the loss of economic sovereignty connected with Ambassador Bremer’s corrupt and negative management.
