L’Albanie ajuste progressivement tous les monopoles d’État à caractère commercial, de manière à garantir que, d’ici à la fin de la quatrième année suivant la date d’entrée en vigueur du présent accord, il ne subsiste plus de discrimination en ce qui concerne les conditions d’approvisionnement et de commercialisation des marchandises entre les ressortissants des États membres et ceux de l’Albanie.
Albania shall progressively adjust any State monopolies of a commercial character so as to ensure that, by the end of the fourth year following the date of entry into force of this Agreement, no discrimination regarding the conditions under which goods are procured and marketed exists between nationals of the Member States and Albania.
