Le ratio d'investissement par tonne d'acier brut est passé en 1995 de 17,8 ECU/t à 20,6 ECU/t, soit une augmentation de 15,7 %. Il s'agit d'un bon résultat, qui reste néanmoins bien éloigné des 36,3 ECU/t de 1991.
