6. fait part d'inquiétudes similaires quant au projet de loi sur les associations civiles et les fondations, qui, sous sa forme actuelle, limitera la capacité des organisations de la société civile à poursuivre leurs travaux humanitaires ou sociaux légitimes et restreindra potentiellement leurs interactions avec des "organes étrangers"; estime que ces dispositions constituent une violation des normes internationales reconnues par l'Égypte;

Expresses similar concern about the draft law on Civil Associations and Foundations which in its present form will restrict the possibility for civil society organisations to pursue their legitimate humanitarian or social work and potentially restrict their interaction with ‘foreign bodies’; considers such provisions to be in breach of international standards agreed to by Egypt;
