In accordance with national legislation, cooperation with the National Europol Unit (ENU) shall be established in order to ensure that the SIRENE Bureau is informed of any exchange of supplementary information between Europol and the ENU concerning alerts in the SIS II. The reports of the Commission and the ECB provide a detailed assessment of the compatibility of the legislation of Greece and Sweden with Articles 108 and 109 of the Treaty and the Statute of the ESCB.
