TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Sans préjudice des obligations de base des institutions concernées, la personne concernée peut soumettre à l’institution compétente un document délivré par l’institution de l’État membre à la législation duquel elle était soumise au cours de sa dernière activité salariée ou non salariée et précisant les périodes accomplies sous cette législation.
Without prejudice to the underlying obligations of the institutions involved, the person concerned may submit to the competent institution a document issued by the institution of the Member State to whose legislation he was subject in respect of his last activity as an employed or self-employed person specifying the periods completed under that legislation.

1. Si à la suite de l’entrée en vigueur du règlement (UE) no 465/2012, une personne est soumise, conformément au titre II du présent règlement, à la législation d’un État membre autre que celui à la législation duquel elle était soumise avant ladite entrée en vigueur, cette personne continue d’être soumise à la législation de l’État membre qui s’appliquait avant cette date pour une période transitoire qui dure aussi longtemps que la situation qui a prévalu reste inchangée et qui, en tout état de cause, ne peut excéder dix ans à compter de la date d’entrée en vigueur du règlement (UE) no 465/2012.
1. If as a result of the entry into force of Regulation (EU) No 465/2012, a person is subject, in accordance with Title II of this Regulation, to the legislation of a different Member State than that to which he/she was subject before that entry into force, the legislation of the Member State applicable before that date shall continue to apply to him/her for a transitional period lasting for as long as the relevant situation remains unchanged and, in any case, for no longer than 10 years from the date of entry into force of Regulation (EU) No 465/2012.

8. Si, en conséquence du présent règlement, une personne est soumise à la législation d'un État membre autre que celui à la législation duquel elle est soumise en vertu du titre II du règlement (CEE) no 1408/71, cette personne continue d'être soumise à cette dernière législation aussi longtemps que la situation qui a prévalu reste inchangée, à moins qu'elle n'introduise une demande en vue d'être soumise à la législation applicable en vertu du présent règlement.
8. If, as a result of this Regulation, a person is subject to the legislation of a Member State other than the one determined in accordance with Title II of Regulation (EEC) No 1408/71, that legislation shall continue to apply as long as the relevant situation remains unchanged, unless the person concerned requests that he/she be subject to the legislation applicable under this Regulation.

Une personne en chômage, autre qu'un travailleur frontalier, qui ne retourne pas dans l'État membre de sa résidence se met à la disposition des services de l'emploi de l'État membre à la législation duquel elle a été soumise en dernier lieu.
An unemployed person, other than a frontier worker, who does not return to his/her Member State of residence, shall make himself/herself available to the employment services in the Member State to whose legislation he/she was last subject.

3. Par dérogation aux paragraphes 1 et 2, pour ce qui concerne les travailleurs frontaliers visés à l'article 65, paragraphe 5, point a), l'institution du lieu de résidence prend en compte le salaire ou le revenu professionnel perçu par la personne concernée dans l'État membre à la législation duquel elle était soumise au cours de sa dernière activité salariée ou non salariée, conformément au règlement d'application.
3. By way of derogation from paragraphs 1 and 2, as far as the frontier workers covered by Article 65(5)(a) are concerned, the institution of the place of residence shall take into account the salary or professional income received by the person concerned in the Member State to whose legislation he/she was subject during his/her last activity as an employed or self-employed person, in accordance with the Implementing Regulation.

Par dérogation aux paragraphes 1er et 2, pour ce qui concerne les travailleurs frontaliers visés à l'article 65, paragraphe 5, point a), l'institution du lieu de résidence prend en compte le salaire ou le revenu professionnel perçu par la personne concernée dans l'État membre à la législation duquel elle était soumise au cours de sa dernière activité salariée ou non salariée, conformément au règlement d'application.

By way of derogation from paragraphs (1) and (2), as far as the frontier workers covered by Article 65(5)(a) are concerned, the institution of the place of residence shall take into account the salary or professional income received by the person concerned in the Member State to whose legislation he was subject during his last activity as an employed or self-employed person, in accordance with the Implementing Regulation.
