The Court of Justice has also held that the concept of aid includes advantages granted by public authorities which, in various forms, reduce the charges which are normally included in the budget of an undertaking (24). The Court of Justice has also clearly stated that the costs linked to remuneration of employees naturally place a burden on the budgets of undertakings, irrespective of whether or not those costs stem from legal obligations or collective agreements (25).

2. Le présent accord respecte pleinement les droits et obligations prévus par les dispositions de l'accord du 12 septembre 1963 créant une association entre la Communauté économique européenne et la Turquie, ses protocoles additionnels, les décisions du Conseil d'association concernées ainsi que la jurisprudence pertinente de la Cour de justice de l'Union européenne, y compris les droits et obligations de ceux qui résident et travaillent légalement ou ont résidé et travaillé légalement sur le territoire de l'une des parties.
2. The present Agreement shall fully respect the rights and obligations, including of those who are or have been legally residing and working on the territory of one of the Parties, provided by the provisions of the Agreement of 12 September 1963 establishing an Association between the European Economic Community and Turkey, its additional protocols, the relevant Association Council decisions as well as the relevant case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
