C'est, je crois, et je voulais ici remercier le Conseil d'avoir, pour une fois, écouté le Parlement davantage encore que la Commission, ce qui a permis de conduire à la déclaration qui a été distribuée lundi matin, grâce à laquelle nous convenons qu'un accord entre nous permet de franchir ce petit pas.
I believe – and I would like to thank the Council here for having listened to Parliament more than the Commission, for once – that this is what led to the statement distributed on Monday morning, thanks to which we have accepted that an agreement between us enables us to make this small step forward.
