Il convient, en particulier, de demander des informations confirmatives supplémentaires.
In accordance with Article 13(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 in conjunction with Article 6 thereof and in the light of current scientific and technical knowledge, it is, necessary to include certain conditions. It is, in particular, appropriate to require further confirmatory information.

In accordance with Article 20(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 in conjunction with Article 6 thereof and in the light of current scientific and technical knowledge, it is necessary to include certain conditions. It is, in particular, appropriate to require further confirmatory information.

(13) The power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union should be delegated to the Commission to update the definitions laid down in this Decision in the light of changes to definitions adopted by the bodies of the UNFCCC or the Kyoto Protocol or other multilateral agreements relevant to climate change concluded by the Union, to amend Annex I to add accounting periods and ensure consistency between those accounting periods and the relevant periods adopted by the bodies of the UNFCCC, or other multilateral agreement relevant to climate change concluded by the Union, to amend Annex II with updated reference levels in accordance with the proposed reference levels submitted by Member States subject to corrections made in accordance with this Decision and in the light of changes to reference levels approved by the bodies of the UNFCCC or the Kyoto Protocol, to revise the information specified in Annex III in accordance with scientific progress and in the light of changes adopted by the bodies of the UNFCCC or the Kyoto Protocol or other successor frameworks and to revise the conditions relating to the accounting rules for natural disturbances laid down in this Decision in the light of scientific progress or to reflect revisions to acts adopted by the UNFCCC or Kyoto Protocol bodies.

(13) The power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union should be delegated to the Commission to update the definitions laid down in Article 2 in the light of changes to definitions adopted by the bodies of the UNFCCC or the Kyoto Protocol or other relevant multilateral agreements arising in the area of climate change with which the Union must comply, to revise the information specified in Annex III in accordance with scientific progress and to revise the conditions relating to the accounting rules for natural disturbances laid down in Article 9(2) to reflect minor changes to acts adopted by the UNFCCC or Kyoto Protocol bodies.

In addition, the description of the four monitoring methods and the determination of other climate relevant information such as efficiency indicators provided in Annex I and II of the proposed Regulation should be revised based on the scientific evidence and the development of international standards.

3. À la lumière d’informations scientifiques pertinentes, la Commission inclut, le cas échéant, dans l’annexe II, partie B, des substances qui ne sont pas des substances réglementées, mais qui sont considérées par le groupe de l’évaluation scientifique institué par le protocole ou par une autre autorité reconnue d’envergure équivalente comme ayant un potentiel d’appauvrissement de la couche d’ozone non négligeable.

In the light of relevant scientific information, the Commission shall, if appropriate, include in Part B of Annex II any substances that are not controlled substances but that are found by the Scientific Assessment Panel under the Protocol or another recognised authority of equivalent stature to have a significant ozone-depleting potential.

3. In the light of relevant scientific information, the Commission may include in Part B of Annex II any substances that are not controlled substances but that are found to have an ozone-depleting potential.
