Lors de l’adoption du rapport de Mme Luisa Morgantini sur la 10ème Convention, le 16 septembre 1999, le Parlement avait adopté deux amendements à la proposition de décision du Conseil visant notamment à inviter la Commission à transmettre au Parlement européen et au Conseil les rapports annuels de l’UNRWA sur les programmes et sur l’exécution des programmes financés au titre de la convention, comprenant notamment un audit des comptes afférents aux programmes dont une partie est financée par la Communauté.
When Mrs Luisa Morgantini's report on the 10th Convention was adopted on 16 September 1999, Parliament adopted two amendments to the proposal for a Council decision which invited the Commission to forward to Parliament and the Council UNRWA's annual reports on the programmes and implementation of convention-funded programmes, including, in particular, an audit of the accounts for programmes with part-funding by the Community.
