Les exploitants doivent être autorisés à retirer tout ou partie de leurs demandes d'aide en faveur des productions locales à tout moment, pour autant que l'autorité compétente n'ait pas encore informé l'exploitant d'erreurs contenues dans la demande d'aide ni ne lui ait notifié un contrôle sur place qui révèle des erreurs dans la partie concernée par le retrait.
