À ce titre, le pouvoir adjudicateur pourrait par exemple faire valoir qu'il estime que cette division risquerait de restreindre la concurrence ou de rendre l'exécution du marché excessivement coûteuse ou difficile sur le plan technique ou que la nécessité de coordonner les contractants des différents lots pourrait compromettre gravement la bonne exécution du marché.
Such reasons could for instance be that the contracting authority finds that such division could risk restricting competition, or risk rendering the execution of the contract excessively technically difficult or expensive, or that the need to coordinate the different contractors for the lots could seriously risk undermining the proper execution of the contract.
