– vu l'article 4, paragraphe 2, de la loi fondamentale de Hongrie, sections 10(2) et 12(1) de la loi LVII de 2004 relative au statut des députés hongrois au Parlement européen, et section 74(1) et (3) de la loi XXXVI de 2012 relative à l'Assemblée nationale de Hongrie,
– having regard to Article 4(2) of the Fundamental Law of Hungary, Sections 10(2) and 12(1) of Act LVII of 2004 on the Status of the Hungarian Members of the European Parliament, and Section 74(1) and (3) of Act XXXVI of 2012 on the National Assembly of Hungary,

C. considérant que, conformément à l'article 4, paragraphe 2, de la loi fondamentale de Hongrie, les députés nationaux ont droit à une immunité; considérant que, en vertu de la section 10, paragraphe 2, de la loi LVII de 2004 régissant le statut des députés hongrois au Parlement européen, les députés au Parlement européen bénéficient de la même immunité que les députés nationaux; considérant que conformément à la section 74, paragraphe 1, de la loi XXXVI de 2012 relative à l'Assemblée nationale, "une procédure pénale [...] ne peut être ouverte ou menée, et une mesure coercitive au titre de la procédure pénale ne peut être appliquée à l'encontre du député, sans l'accord préalable de l'Assemblée nationale"; considérant que, conformément à la section 74, paragraphe 3, de cet acte, la demande de levée de l'immunité est effectuée par le procureur général afin de lancer l'enquête;
C. whereas, according to Article 4(2) of the Fundamental Law of Hungary, national Members of Parliament are entitled to immunity; whereas, according to Section 10(2) of Act LVII of 2004 on the Status of the Hungarian Members of the European Parliament, Members of the European Parliament are entitled to immunity equal to the immunity of Members of the Hungarian Parliament; whereas, under Section 74(1) of Act XXXVI of 2012 on the National Assembly, a criminal procedure can only be instituted or conducted and a coercive measure under criminal procedure applied against a Member with the prior consent of the National Assembly; whereas according to Section 74(3) of the same Act, the request for waiver of immunity is to be made by the Prosecutor- General in order to launch the investigation;

Le règlement (CE) no 2006/2004 fixe les conditions dans lesquelles les autorités compétentes des États membres, désignées comme responsables de l'application des lois protégeant les intérêts des consommateurs, coopèrent entre elles et avec la Commission afin de garantir le respect de ces lois et le bon fonctionnement du marché intérieur et afin d'améliorer la protection des intérêts économiques des consommateurs.
Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 lays down the conditions under which the competent authorities in the Member States designated as responsible for the enforcement of the laws that protect consumers' interests are to cooperate with each other and with the Commission in order to ensure compliance with those laws and the smooth functioning of the internal market and in order to enhance the protection of consumers' economic interests.
