AR. considérant que le quatrième amendement à la Loi fondamentale dispose par ailleurs que les décisions de la Cour constitutionnelle adoptées avant l'entrée en vigueur de la Loi fondamentale sont annulées, et que ce faisant, il contredit explicitement la décision n° 22/2012 de la Cour constitutionnelle dans laquelle cette dernière indique que ses déclarations relatives aux valeurs fondamentales, aux droits de l'homme, aux libertés et aux institutions constitutionnelles qui n'ont pas été modifiées radicalement par la Loi fondamentale restent valables; considérant que le quatrième amendement a réintroduit dans la Loi fondamentale un certain nombre de dispositions précédemment déclarées anticonstitutionnelles par la Cour constitutionnelle;
AR. whereas the Fourth Amendment to the Fundamental Law further stipulates that the rulings of the Constitutional Court adopted before the entry into force of the Fundamental Law shall be repealed, and by doing so explicitly contradicts the Constitutional Court's Decision No 22/2012 in which the Court established that its statements made on fundamental values, human rights and freedoms and on the constitutional institutions that have not been changed fundamentally by the Fundamental Law remain valid; whereas the Fourth Amendment reintroduced into the Fundamental Law a number of provisions previously declared unconstitutional by the Constitutional Court;
