La nouvelle loi d'exécution dispose que les arrêts du Tribunal ainsi que les décisions du Tribunal adoptées en violation de la loi sur le Tribunal constitutionnel du 25 juin 2015 ou de la loi sur le Tribunal constitutionnel du 22 juillet 2016 et rendues avant l'entrée en vigueur de la nouvelle loi sur l'organisation et les procédures seront publiés dans les bulletins officiels correspondants après que leur publication aura été ordonnée par le président du Tribunal faisant fonction, sauf s'ils concernent des instruments juridiques qui ont cessé d'être applicables.
The new Implementing Law provides that judgments of the Tribunal and decisions of the Tribunal adopted in breach of the Constitutional Tribunal Act of 25 June 2015 or the Constitutional Tribunal Act of 22 July 2016 and issued prior to the date of entry into force of the new Law on organisation and proceedings shall be published in the relevant official gazettes after their publication has been ordered by the acting President of the Tribunal, unless they concern regulatory instruments that have ceased to apply.

For the purpose of this Title, nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the Parties from applying their laws and regulations regarding entry and stay, work, labour conditions and establishment of natural persons and supply of services, provided that, in so doing, they do not apply them in a manner such as to nullify or impair the benefits accruing to any Party under the terms of a specific provision of this Agreement.

Aux fins du présent titre, aucune disposition du présent accord ne fait obstacle à l’application par les parties de leurs lois et réglementations concernant l’admission et le séjour, l’emploi, les conditions de travail, l’établissement des personnes physiques et la prestation de services, à condition que n’en soient pas réduits à néant ou compromis les avantages que retire l’une des parties d’une disposition spécifique du présent accord.
For the purpose of this Title, nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the Parties from applying their laws and regulations regarding entry and stay, employment, working conditions, establishment of natural persons and supply of services, provided that, in so doing, they do not apply them in such a manner as to nullify or impair the benefits accruing to any Party under the terms of a specific provision of this Agreement.
