Expresses deep concern and dissatisfaction at the lack of genuine dialogue and consultation on the draft internet law and the draft law on the High Council of Judges and Prosecutors, and notes that this starkly departs from previous instances of good cooperation; is deeply concerned that the law on the internet and the law on the High Council of Judges and Prosecutors are taking Turkey away from its path towards the fulfilment of the Copenhagen criteria, and calls on the Government of Turkey to engage in true, constructive dialogue on the two laws and on future legislation, in particular, on the media and the judiciary, and to do its utmost to rekindle the negotiation process and show true commitment to its European perspective, including through a reform of the laws on the internet and the High Council of Judges and Prosecutors;
