The Implementing Law provides that if it is necessary to implement the procedure for submitting candidates for the post of President of the Tribunal, for the period between the day after the date on which this Act is published and the appointment of the President of the Tribunal, the Tribunal shall be headed by the judge of the Tribunal whom the President of the Republic, by way of a decision, has tasked with performing the duties of the President of the Tribunal.
