Les groupes de pression et lobbies peuvent donc, s’ils le souhaitent, suivre le processus décisionnel du Conseil en tirant profit de ces instruments, lesquels viennent s’ajouter à d’autres mesures prises par le Conseil en faveur de la transparence telles que l’ouverture des débats et des délibérations au public ou la possibilité de contact direct avec les fonctionnaires en application du Code de bonne conduite administrative régissant les relations des fonctionnaires du Conseil avec les citoyens.
Thus, the pressure groups and lobbies may, if they so desire, follow the Council’s decision-making process using the above-mentioned tools, which are in addition to other steps taken by the Council to ensure transparency, such as opening up deliberations to the public, public debates and provision for direct contact with officials in accordance with the code of good administrative behaviour, which governs the relations of Council officials with the public.
