À l'article 6, paragraphe 2, point e), de la proposition législative, le mot "lieu de travail" devrait être suivi par "de service, etc". et le libellé du point h) (du moins sur la base de la version lituanienne) laisse entendre que le traitement est obligatoire; il serait donc préférable de retenir le libellé suivant: "accepter de se soumettre à un traitement médical spécifique".
5. In Article 6(2)(e) of the legislative proposal the word ‘work’ should be followed by ‘service etc’. , and the wording of (h) (at least with reference to the Lithuanian version) raises suspicions that compulsory treatment is implied; the following wording would therefore be preferable : ‘to undergo specified medical treatment with the voluntary compliance of the suspect’.
