The contribution of education and training to the achievement by 2010 of the Lisbon strategic goal will be particularly important in the following areas:

Sur la base des programmes nationaux sur la stratégie de Lisbonne, la Commission sera, dès lors, en mesure d'évaluer annuellement les progrès réalisés vers l'objectif de 3 % du PIB en matière de dépenses consacrées à la RD pour l'ensemble de l'Union, elle fera les propositions nécessaires pour adapter les instruments politiques, fournira une information en retour aux États membres et, au besoin, fera rapport au Conseil européen sur les difficultés sérieuses.
Based on the national Lisbon programmes, the Commission will, therefore, be able to annually evaluate progress towards the 3% of GDP RD expenditure target for the Union as a whole, make any necessary proposals for adjusting policy instruments, give feedback to Member States and, if necessary, report on serious difficulties to the European Council.

Par ailleurs, je voudrais également dire que selon les informations transmises par le ministre Moscovici à mon chef de délégation, il devrait y avoir des vols directs Lisbonne-Strasbourg à partir d'avril, mais selon les informations d'Air France à Lisbonne, ce ne sera pas le cas.
Furthermore, I also wish to say that, according to the information given by Mr Moscovici to my head of delegation, there will be direct flights from Lisbon to Strasbourg starting in April, but according to information from Air France itself in Lisbon, this is not the case.
