TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

L'entrée en vigueur du Traité de Lisbonne a profondément modifié la procédure de comitologie pour la transformer en un nouveau système prévoyant l'adoption d'actes délégués et d'actes d'exécutions.
The entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty brought about a radically change in the comitology procedure, turning it into a new system for adopting delegated acts and implementing acts.

32. constate que le traité de Lisbonne modifie profondément le système de prise de décision relatif à la politique commune de la pêche (PCP) et renforcera également l'obligation démocratique de rendre des comptes par rapport à la PCP (responsabilisation); se félicite que le Parlement et le Conseil établiront, selon la procédure législative ordinaire, les dispositions nécessaires à la poursuite des objectifs de la PCP (article 43, paragraphe 2, du TFUE); estime, à cet égard, que tout sujet relevant formellement du règlement annuel – autre que la fixation des possibilités de pêche et la répartition des quotas – , notamment les mesures techniques ou l'effort de pêche, ou encore l'intégration des accords adoptés au sein des organisations régionales de la pêche, qui sont dotés de leur propre base juridique, devra être soumis à la procédure législative ordinaire;
32. Notes that the Treaty of Lisbon introduces far-reaching changes in the decision-making system for the common fisheries policy (CFP) and will also increase its democratic accountability; welcomes the fact that Parliament and the Council will establish, under the ordinary legislative procedure, the necessary rules for achieving the objectives of the CFP (Article 43(2) of the TFEU); considers, in this respect, that any subject formally included in the annual regulation other than the setting of catch possibilities and the distribution of quotas, such as technical measures or fishing effort, or the incorporation of agreements adopted within the regional fisheries organisations, which have their own legal basis, should be subject to the ordinary legislative procedure;
