Le présent règlement complète les dispositions de la directive 91/308/CEE concernant les transactions effectuées à travers les institutions financières, les établissements de crédit et certaines professions, en établissant des règles harmonisées concernant le contrôle, par les autorités compétentes, des mouvements d'argent liquide entrant ou sortant de la Communauté.
1. This Regulation complements the provisions of Directive 91/308/EEC concerning transactions through financial and credit institutions and certain professions by laying down harmonised rules for the control, by the competent authorities, of cash entering or leaving the Community.
