The Agency should apply the relevant Community legislation concerning public access to documents as set out in Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents , the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data as set out in Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2000 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Community institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data , and concerning languages as set out in Regulation No 1 of 15 April 1958 determining the languages to be used by the European Economic Community and Regulation (EC) No 2965/94 of 28 November 1994 setting up a Translation Centre for bodies of the European Union
