5. Si le remboursement de ces frais n’a pas été demandé directement auprès de l’institution du lieu de séjour, les frais exposés sont remboursés à la personne concernée par l’institution compétente conformément aux tarifs de remboursement pratiqués par l’institution du lieu de séjour ou aux montants qui auraient fait l’objet de remboursements à l’institution du lieu de séjour si l’article 62 du règlement d’application avait été appliqué dans le cas en question.
5. If the reimbursement of such costs has not been requested directly from the institution of the place of stay, the costs incurred shall be reimbursed to the person concerned by the competent institution in accordance with the reimbursement rates administered by the institution of the place of stay or the amounts which would have been subject to reimbursement to the institution of the place of stay, if Article 62 of the implementing Regulation had applied in the case concerned.

4. Si la personne assurée a effectivement supporté les coûts de tout ou partie des prestations en nature servies dans le cadre de l’article 19 du règlement de base et si la législation appliquée par l’institution du lieu de séjour permet le remboursement de ces frais à une personne assurée, elle peut adresser une demande de remboursement à l’institution du lieu de séjour.
4. If the insured person has actually borne the costs of all or part of the benefits in kind provided within the framework of Article 19 of the basic Regulation and if the legislation applied by the institution of the place of stay enables reimbursement of those costs to an insured person, he may send an application for reimbursement to the institution of the place of stay.

2. La personne assurée qui est autorisée par l'institution compétente à se rendre dans un autre État membre aux fins d'y recevoir le traitement adapté à son état bénéficie des prestations en nature servies, pour le compte de l'institution compétente, par l'institution du lieu de séjour, selon les dispositions de la législation qu'elle applique, comme si elle était assurée en vertu de cette législation.
2. An insured person who is authorised by the competent institution to go to another Member State with the purpose of receiving the treatment appropriate to his/her condition shall receive the benefits in kind provided, on behalf of the competent institution, by the institution of the place of stay, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation it applies, as though he/she were insured under the said legislation.
