10. réaffirme son soutien au droit inaliénable de tous les peuples à avoir accès et à contrôler les ressources de leur propre pays; condamne, par conséquent, les attaques visant les importantes infrastructures pétrolières, essentielles à la prospérité de la population libyenne; condamne également toute participation au commerce direct ou indirect avec l'EI ou des groupes associés à l'EI ou à Al-Qaïda, en particulier au commerce de pétrole ou de produits pétroliers, d'unités de raffinage modulaires et de matériels connexes, y compris de produits chimiques et de lubrifiants; rappelle que le pétrole libyen appartient au peuple libyen et qu'aucun groupe, quel qu'il soit, ne devrait se livrer à des manipulations à cet égard;

Reiterates its support for the inalienable right of all peoples to have access to and control over their own country’s resources; condemns, therefore, the attacks on important oil infrastructure, which is essential to the wealth of the Libyan population; condemns also any engagement in direct or indirect trade, in particular in oil and oil products, modular refineries and related materiel, including chemicals and lubricants, with IS or groups associated with IS or al-Qaeda; recalls that Libyan oil belongs to the Libyan people and should not be manipulated by any group;

Nous avons souligné le drame subi par ces condamnés, après huit ans de détention dans des prisons libyennes, dans des conditions inhumaines et se plaignant de mauvais traitement; et nous avons également mis l’accent sur le drame subi par les enfants malades et les familles ayant perdu un enfant, à qui mon groupe exprime toute sa solidarité, et nous avons également soutenu les programmes de la Commission européenne de lutte contre le sida en Lybie.
We would stress the drama being suffered by these condemned people, after eight years in Libyan prisons, in sub-human conditions and complaining of ill treatment; and we would also point to the drama being suffered by the ill children and the families of the children who have died, with whom my group expresses it full solidarity, and we also support the European Commission’s programmes in Libya to fight AIDS.
