Si la Libye répond clairement et d’une façon satisfaisante aux questions restant en suspens et si la Libye le demande, le pays pourra participer au processus de Barcelone et cela n’entravera pas les souhaits de la Libye de se rapprocher du continent africain.
If Libya can give clear and satisfactory answers in connection with the outstanding issues, it will be able, upon request, to participate in the Barcelona Process, even if it has ambitions for a rapprochement with the African continent.
