TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Le rapport publié ce jour porte sur l'année 2013, durant laquelle 3 205 notifications initiales ont été transmises en tout via le RASFF, dont 596 notifications d'alerte, 442 notifications d’information nécessitant un suivi, 705 notifications d’information ne nécessitant pas de suivi et 1 462 notifications de refus aux frontières.

(46) In order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of this Regulation and to avoid unfair competition or discrimination between farmers, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission in respect of: authoring of complementary national direct payments for Croatia; setting the amount to be included in the special national de-mining reserve for Croatia; fixing the annual national ceiling for the basic payment scheme; adopting rules on applications for allocation of payment entitlements; adopting measures regarding the reversion of non-activated payment entitlements to the national reserve; adopting modalities of the notification of transfer of payment entitlements to the national authorities and the deadlines within which such notification are to take place; fixing annual ceilings for the redistributive payment; fixing the annual national ceiling for the single area payment scheme; adopting rules on applications for allocation of payment entitlements submitted in the year of allocation of payment entitlements where Member States change to the basic payment scheme; modalities and timetables for notifications relating to specific commitments or certification schemes; adopting rules on the procedure for the Member States notifications and the Commission assesment as regards equivalent practices; adopting certain limits within which the obligation to maintain permanent grassland is considered as being complied with; setting out the annual ceiling for the payment for agricultural practices beneficial for the climate and the environment; setting out the annual ceiling for the payment for areas with natural constraints; setting out the annual ceiling for the payment for young farmers; setting out the annual ceilings for the voluntary coupled support; adopting rules on the procedure for the assessment and approval of decisions in the framework of the voluntary coupled support; adopting rules on the authorisation procedure and on the n ...

Les produits le plus souvent notifiés étaient, dans l’ordre, et représentant 74 % de l’ensemble des notifications de produits présentant un risque grave en 2011, les vêtements et textiles (423 notifications motivées par un risque de suffocation ou d’irritation), les jouets (324 notifications dénonçant principalement un risque d’étouffement), les véhicules à moteur (171 notifications indiquant un risque de blessures), les appareils électriques (153 notifications révélant un risque de choc électrique) et les cosmétiques (104 notifications motivées par un risque de nature chimique).
Clothing and textiles were the most frequently notified products (423 notifications concerned suffocation and irritation risk), followed by toys (324 notifications mainly for choking risk), motor vehicles (171 notifications for risk of injury), electrical appliances (153 notifications for risk of electric shock) and cosmetics (104 notifications for chemical risk), which together account for 74% of all notifications on products posing a serious risk in 2011.
