Il est vraiment honteux que, malgré une approche personnelle auprès du Premier ministre de la République de Lettonie, attirant son attention sur l’opportunité d’encourager le Fonds européen d’ajustement à la mondialisation, la Lettonie n’ait néanmoins pas saisi cette chance, alors que 15 % de la population lettone est sans emploi.
