3. L'exécution des mesures prises en application du paragraphe 1 est assurée par l'organisme d'intervention désigné par l'État membre dans lequel lesdits fromages sont produits et ont droit à l'appellation d'origine.
3. The intervention agency designated by the Member State in which the said cheeses are produced and qualify to bear the designation of origin shall implement the measures taken pursuant to paragraph 1.
