Dans l’hypothèse où ledit acte législatif n’est pas applicable au 15 juin 2017, l’article 7, point 5), du présent règlement, en ce qui concerne l’article 6 septies du règlement (UE) no 531/2012, continue de s’appliquer jusqu’à ce que ledit acte législatif devient applicable.
In the event that that legislative act is not applicable on 15 June 2017, point 5 of Article 7 of this Regulation, as regards Article 6f of Regulation (EU) No 531/2012, shall continue to apply until that legislative act becomes applicable.

3. La Commission modifie l'acte d'exécution prévu au paragraphe 2 quand il ressort d'une évaluation qu'un organisme nuisible ne figurant pas dans ledit acte répond aux conditions établies à l'article 36, qu'un organisme nuisible figurant dans ledit acte ne répond plus à une ou plusieurs de ces conditions ou que des modifications de la liste sont nécessaires en ce qui concerne les catégories visées au paragraphe 4 ou les seuils visés au paragraphe 5.
3. The Commission shall amend the implementing act referred to in paragraph 2, where an assessment shows that a pest not listed in that Annex fulfils the conditions referred to in Article 36, a pest listed in that implementing act no longer fulfils one or more of those conditions or where amendments to that list are necessary, as regards categories referred to in paragraph 4 or thresholds referred to in paragraph 5.
