Je m'intéresse tout particulièrement à la formation de l'Union des nations sud-américaines en 2008 et, plus récemment, à la création de la Communauté des États latino-américains et caribéens, dans laquelle le Brésil a joué un rôle prépondérant; nous ne faisons pas partie de ces organisations qui, d'un point de vue canadien, semblent constituer une attaque directe contre l'Organisation des États américains, dont nous sommes membres.
I am particularly interested in the formation of the Union of South American Nations in 2008 and, more recently, where Brazil was the leading force in forming the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States, which seems to be, from a Canadian perspective, a direct attack on the Organization of American States where we were involved and we are not involved in these associations.
