I would also say that it is difficult to be the Swedish President-in-Office of the Council for, as my fellow MEP Mr Sjöstedt said so clearly, there are two possible answers to the question that has been asked, and they are either yes or no. Instead, Mr Danielsson comes out with a long explanation to the effect that the operations are in keeping with the UN Charter.
