Pourtant, nous devons bien constater qu'en général, cette législation européenne est "emballée" dans une langue trop technique, trop juridique et complexe. À tel point qu'elle en devient parfois inutilisable et passe ainsi à côté de l'objectif qui doit être le nôtre, à savoir la création d'une législation européenne transparente et dénuée d'ambiguïté.
All too often, however, we are forced to conclude that this European legislation is packaged in a language which is too technical, too legal and too complex, so much so that this European legislation becomes unusable, as a result of which the intended goal, namely to make legislation in the European Union transparent and unambiguous, is not achieved.
