3. regrette que la persistance des problèmes évoqués ait significativement contribué à faire chuter les inscriptions dans les écoles en langue roumaine; critique fermement le fait que ces écoles se voient facturer les services publics en Transnistrie à un tarif plus élevé que d'autres établissements d'enseignement et que la situation ambiguë des bâtiments et des baux laisse dans l'incertitude aussi bien les écoles que les élèves;
3. Regrets that the persistence of the above problems has significantly contributed to falling enrolment in the Romanian-language schools; strongly criticises the fact that those schools are charged higher rates for public utilities in Transnistria than other educational institutions and that the ambiguous situation of the premises and rental contracts leaves both the schools and their pupils in uncertainty;
