Nous étions convenus d’un amendement que nous avons ainsi rédigé après un accord avec Werner Langen, qui était le principal négociateur du PPE, même s’il n’était pas rapporteur fictif en titre dans cette affaire, pour rajouter qu’il n’y a pas de base légale spécifique pour l’emprunt communautaire; c’est dans ces conditions que nous avons déposé cet amendement 2, donc je suis assez étonnée que des experts avertis m’aient informée que sur la liste du PPE, il y avait un moins à cet amendement, et je voudrais donner l’occasion à M. Langen de corriger la liste du PPE.
We had agreed on an amendment that we drew up following an agreement with Mr Langen, who was the principal negotiator for the PPE Group, although not the shadow rapporteur for this matter, to add that there is no specific basis for the Community loan. It was under these circumstances that we tabled Amendment 2, so I am quite surprised that well-informed experts have told me that on the PPE list there was a minus against this amendment, and I would like to give Mr Langen the opportunity to correct the PPE list.
