The Presidency informed about a project with the involvement of the Kosovo Diplomatic Observer Mission (KDOM), UNHCR and willing NGOs on facilitating an early return of internally displaced persons living in the open in the region south of Komorane and Lapushnik called "Project Home" which should focus on two key issues: return of internally displaced persons to their homes before the onset of winter and accompanying confidence-building measures.
