TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Dans ses conclusions du 6 mars 2017, le Conseil est convenu de mettre en place, à court terme, une capacité militaire de planification et de conduite (MPCC) au sein de l'État-major de l'Union européenne (EMUE) à Bruxelles, qui sera chargée, au niveau stratégique, de la planification et de la conduite opérationnelles de missions militaires à mandat non exécutif, sous le contrôle politique et la direction stratégique du Comité politique et de sécurité (COPS).
In its conclusions of 6 March 2017, the Council agreed to establish, as a short term objective, a Military Planning and Conduct Capability (MPCC) within the EU Military Staff (EUMS) in Brussels, which will be responsible at the strategic level for the operational planning and conduct of non-executive military missions, working under the political control and strategic direction of the Political and Security Committee (PSC).

D'une plus grande importance sera la création de la cellule civilo-militaire au sein de l'état-major de l'Union européenne (EMUE), qui sera responsable de la mise en place de ces futures opérations.
Of more significance though, will be the successful establishment of the civil-military planning cell within the European Union Military Staff (EUMS), which will be responsible for setting up such future operations.
