TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Afin d'assurer l’exécution de certaines obligations fixées dans le cadre des autorisations de mise sur le marché de médicaments octroyées en vertu du règlement (CE) no 726/2004, l'article 84 dudit règlement habilite la Commission, à la demande de l'Agence européenne des médicaments, ci-après dénommée «l'Agence», à soumettre les titulaires d'autorisations de mise sur le marché à des sanctions financières.
In order to ensure the enforcement of certain obligations connected with marketing authorisations for medicinal products granted in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 726/2004, Article 84 of that Regulation empowers the Commission, at the request of the European Medicines Agency, hereinafter ‘the Agency’, to impose financial penalties on the holders of marketing authorisations.

Afin d’assurer l’exécution des obligations ayant trait à la pharmacovigilance introduites par le règlement (UE) no 1235/2010 et la directive 2010/84/UE, il est nécessaire d’adapter le règlement (CE) no 658/2007 de la Commission du 14 juin 2007 concernant les sanctions financières applicables en cas d’infraction à certaines obligations fixées dans le cadre des autorisations de mise sur le marché octroyées en vertu du règlement (CE) no 726/2004 du Parlement européen et du Conseil , de manière que toute infraction à ces obligations puisse être frappée des sanctions financières prévues par le règlement (CE) no 658/2007.
In order to ensure the enforcement of the obligations relating to pharmacovigilance introduced by Regulation (EU) No 1235/2010 and Directive 2010/84/EU, it is necessary to adapt Commission Regulation (EC) No 658/2007 of 14 June 2007 concerning financial penalties for infringement of certain obligations in connection with marketing authorisations granted under Regulation (EC) No 726/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council so that any infringement of those obligations may be subject to the financial penalties provided for in Regulation (EC) No 658/2007.

(7) Afin de conférer davantage de flexibilité à la ventilation du budget annuel, il convient de fixer un montant de référence financière pour l'exécution des actions communautaires définies par la décision n° 1720/1999/CE pour la période 2002-2004, les crédits annuels étant autorisés par l'autorité budgétaire dans la limite des perspectives financières.
(7) With a view to creating more flexibility in the annual budget allocation, a financial reference amount for the implementation of the Community action under Decision No 1720/1999/EC for the period 2002-2004 should be introduced, with the annual appropriations being authorised by the budgetary authority within the limit of the financial perspective.
