En juin, nous sommes parvenus à un accord inter-institutionnel sur les deux actes omnibus sur le commerce, alignant ainsi un grand volume de la législation dans le domaine de la politique commerciale sur les articles 290 et 291 du TFUE.
In June, we reached an inter-institutional agreement on the two Trade Omnibuses, thus aligning a large volume of legislation in the field of trade policy to Articles 290 and 291 TFEU.

(39) Un montant de référence financière, au sens du point 34 de l'accord inter-institutionnel du 6 mai 1999 entre le Parlement européen, le Conseil et la Commission sur la discipline budgétaire et l'amélioration de la procédure budgétaire(9) est inséré dans la présente décision pour l'ensemble de la durée du programme, sans préjudice des compétences de l'autorité budgétaire définies par le traité.
(39) A financial reference amount, within the meaning of point 34 of the Interinstitutional Agreement of 6 May 1999 between the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission on budgetary discipline and improvement of the budgetary procedure(9) is included in this Decision for the entire duration of the programme, without prejudice to the powers of the budgetary authority as defined by the Treaty.

Cette décision pourrait éventuellement être rendue opérationnelle par un accord inter institutionnel qui en définirait les modalités d'application.
That decision might be implemented by an interinstitutional agreement setting out the practical arrangements for applying it.
