La Commission européenne a donné son feu vert à l'acquisition par le groupe allemand RWE du contrôle en commun de l'entreprise autrichienne Kärntner Energieholding Beteiligungs GmbH qui, avant cette acquisition, était sous le contrôle exclusif du Land autrichien de Carinthie.
The European Commission has approved the proposed acquisition of joint control by the German RWE group in the Austrian Kärntner Energieholding Beteiligungs GmbH, which was prior to the acquisition under sole control of the Austrian Bundesland Kärnten.
